4. API Usage and Restrictions

• Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code

Rate Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension or additional charges.

• Billing: Usage-based charges are calculated per minute for video processing
• Payment: All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable
• Wallet System: Prepaid credits expire after 12 months of inactivity
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you process through our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process and temporarily store your content solely for providing the Services.

Our Property

The Services, including all software, APIs, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by IU Dev and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data Security

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the internet.

8. Service Level and Support

• Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Prepaid credits are non-refundable.
